WEB DEVELOPMENT CO-OP

Dates: Spring and Summer semester (January to August 2026)
Location: Victor, NY // HYBRID position (in office two days a week)

ABOUT US:
Operating as a start-up within REDCOM, ZKX Solutions, is focused on designing state-of-the-art multi-factor authentication solutions for customers that span all branches of the U.S. military, government agencies, public safety and general enterprise and commercial markets.

OPPORTUNITY AT A GLANCE:
You will be part of a small, dynamic team building a novel product designed to revolutionize how multi-factor authentication is managed. Your primary goal will be to aid in the creation and enhancement of our front-end admin web portal which manages our multi-factor authentication platform. Specifically, your responsibilities will include implementing the initial stages of the portal, fixing bugs, improving usability, and shaping user management and policy management workflows.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys coding, exploring new languages and frameworks, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. The goal is to deliver simple, intuitive, and user-centered front-end interfaces that make a real impact.
Web Development Co-Op Hiring Range $20.00 – $22.00 / hour, based on 40-hours weekly

REQUIREMENTS:

We understand a co-op role is a learning experience, but the ideal candidate will bring several of the following skills:

Required:

  • Familiarity with Angular or a comparable web framework (e.g., Vue, React, Bootstrap, Django)
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, or another object-oriented programming language
  • Ability to troubleshoot webpage design and functionality issues
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Git version control

Preferred:

  • Experience or coursework related to Agile development practices
  • UX/UI design exposure or prior project experience
